Gaming Community Manager (UK and Nordic)
Gaming Community Manager is required for a leading edge software vendor. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and driven gaming focused individual to join their team in the reading office.
We are looking for candidates who have direct experience in designing and growing various communities in the gaming industry and have first-hand experience in engaging and taking part in communities.
My client is looking for somebody who is very passionate in regards to all things gaming related and constantly shows vast knowledge of various different consumer digital platforms (such as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter).
Along with this, we are also looking for a candidate who has a sheer desire to fulfil their role and is effectively able to constantly work in an ever-changing environment without it affecting their ability to perform. Experience with crisis management and problem solving is preferred.
This role will require an excellent communicator who noticeably possess good customer service ethic, and possess exceptional organisation and time management skills. Experience in High-Tec and gaming marketing, with a proven track record of success is a must!
The primary focus of this role is to design and execute an effective community engagement strategy; one will be required to take on the voice of the gamer in response to in depth community research and feedback, while being the main point of contact for all key gaming partners. Along with this, one will be expected to manager all social media platform accounts in order to design a highly successful and effective engagement platform.
