I have a fantastic opportunity with a multinational food company based in London.
My client is currently seeking a Technical Administrator. The focus of this role will be to support the technical department from an administrative perspective:
- Update and maintain the customer complaints system.
- Through trend analysis, assist in reducing customer complaints over time by informing line managers of patterns.
- Liaise with necessary departments to coordinate and complete all monthly customer and internal reports.
- Effectively communicate with customers and across the business to ensure all customer requests are met in a timely matter.
- Other administrative duties as given by the Technical Manager.
This is a great opportunity for those in the food industry looking for more of a desk based role. You must be computer savvy with experience of MS Office and will have excellent communication skills.
