Basic circa £50,000

Reports to: Global Sales & Marketing Director

Responsible for: Studio, Business Intelligence, Marketing & eCommerce

The role holds ultimate responsibility for the organisation’s global marketing activities and drives the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy. This includes the continuous growth of a multi million dollar multilingual online sales channel promoting a vast amount of products internationally.

Responsibilities as eCommerce & Marketing Manager:

  • Drive the implementation of the Marketing strategy including digital marketing, campaign management, events and PR
  • Develop and drive a consistent brand strategy across the entire business
  • Effectively manage the eCommerce & Marketing budget to support the delivery of the overall business objectives
  • Work closely with the Sales teams to enable them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with the appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Work closely with the Product team to develop and deliver relevant marketing materials and programs
  • Analyse and communicate the performance of marketing activities to ensure lessons are learnt and future campaigns are built with these in mind
  • Manage, develop and motivate the ecommerce and marketing team maintaining a highly positive environment.
  • Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior marketing business to business environment with a strong focus on ecommerce
  • Degree educated in a business or marketing related field
  • Self-motivated with strong people leadership skills and the ability to engage with and inspire those you work with
  • Experience of hiring, developing, managing and motivating a team
  • Capable of running and delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
  • Proven success in delivering successful channel development by deploying agile methods
  • Strong creative, commercial, analytical and technical skills required to deliver a cross-functional campaigns / programs
  • Can effectively influence and negotiate at a senior level to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation
  • Strong cross functional team working skills with demonstrable evidence of building productive working relationships.
