Fife charity looking for a Modern Apprentice who is interested in media and communications to assist them with their marketing and communications strategy via their website and social media.

Responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Apprentice:

Duties will include:

- Helping deliver key elements of the communications strategy including e-bulletins, using social media and developing web content,
- Developing and using administrative systems to support the communications strategy,
- Demonstrating the ability to work within a team and office environment,
- Using evaluation and monitoring tools to assess impact of communications activity.

Requirements of the Marketing and Communications Apprentice:

- Basic literacy and numeracy,
- Moderate level of IT literacy, confident and proficient in use of the internet, e-mail and social media (specifically Twitter and Facebook),
- Willingness to learn; work as part of a team and to help others,
- Punctuality,
- Interpersonal, oral, written and numeracy skills,
- A personal commitment to equal opportunities and organisational excellence,
- Displays honesty, integrity and a strong sense of ethics in all actions and decisions,
- Be polite, courteous and professional,
- An interest in communication role as a future career,
- Enjoy writing and have an interest in learning to write concise, professional materials for various audiences and media types.

Salary & Benefits:

- Communications role available to right candidate after apprenticeship is complete,
- 37 days holiday including public holidays,
- Monday - Friday,
- 16 - 18 years old: £4.00, 18 - 20 years old: £5.55, 21 - 24 years old: £6.95
