An opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded and successful broker based in the City of London. You will joina largeteamand will be responsible for managing the administration of the Healthcare client portfolio in support of the customer facing Consultants. You will be dealing with risks such as Private Medical Insurance, IPMP, Healthcare Trusts, Cash Plan, Dental, Travel, EAP, Executive Screening and Occupational Health. Average premium levels range from £3,000 to £3,000,000. Duties will include: - Preparing P11D summary data for clients - Checking and issuing premium invoices and claim statements - Relaying client instructions to insurance companies by email, phone or online - Preparing, issuing and collating responses on market reviews and feeding back to Consultant - Working in compliance with regulatory requirements plus adhering to companyprocess standards - Maintaining regular contact with clients and insurers and building rapport - Managing scheme changes - Issuing and following up of individual renewal invitations - Keeping client, membership and premium records up to date - Using diary/task management to ensure timely and appropriate action by insurer - Dealing with day to day client cover and claims queries To be considered: - Minimum of two years admin experience dealing with specialist medical insurance - 6 GCSE's with English and Maths at A-C This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career within an established company.Our client is offeringan attractive remuneration package along with funding for relevant qualifications.
