The role has come about as a result of aggressive growth plans and an over abundance of leads generated by the successful sales team, client referrals and current client banks amongst other sources.

Lead generation is key and this business is supremely pro-active and fully embraces the culture quality advisers require with high volumes of client referrals being at the forefront of their model.

You will be working in a team that is fully established to support a quality adviser with full marketing, lead generation, market leading systems, training support and a proven track record to deliver high volumes of business.

This position is an important role within a growing team and involves managing a portfolio of existing clients, as well as assisting with new enquiries and arranging meetings with the client to discuss risk exposure and insurance requirements.


- Previous Commercial Insurance advising experience is essential, (fleet , contractors , haulage , trade)
- Proven sales experience
- Able to service existing clients (all leads provided)
- Good working knowledge of compliance requirements
