Part Time Training Administrator
My client, based in Gloucester, is looking to recruit a part time Training Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Duties:·Work closely with the Recruitment Team and Training Coordinator to book new starters onto induction training ·Add training dates and information on training system·Support with day one of induction training ·Produce training letter for new starters ·Support Training Coordinator to organise induction and extra training days ·Support Training Coordinator with training such as eLearning and DVD training ·Process leavers forms and calculate training deductions and send to relevant staff ·Pass necessary information to payroll ·Ensure induction booklets are signed off ·Do weekly training feedback ·Email Management training requirements for staff and meet with Managers to book these staff onto training ·Ensure training certificates are received from all trainers and training organisations ·Liaise with external trainers to organise training not provided in the induction ·Approve training invoices and ensure all certificates have been received ·Complete monthly audit of personnel files to check training certificates are on file and updated correctly on the training matrix ·Provide support to the Finance Team and Human Resources with tasks such as but not limited to filing and scanning of documents, minute taking, updating logs and databases, processing account sheets, writing letters and making phone calls to staff ·Complete any other duties as requested by the Training Coordinator and Management
Other general Duties may include;·To use initiative in making the best use of all available resources, to meet the needs of each service user. ·To assist in maintaining a good standard of hygiene and tidiness (general domestic tasks) and, when required, to check all equipment including emergency and fire equipment. ·To report any defects to the senior staff. ·To ensure accurate recording and reporting of all accidents and incidents that may occur involving service users and/or staff and to record relevant information in the appropriate place. ·To participate in staff meetings, contributing to the review of current working practices and future developments. ·To undertake any temporary duties as required by Management, Training Coordinator or Directors in times of emergency.
Rate of pay – £8.73 per hour
Hours – 24 hours per week (can be split flexibly over 3 or 5 days)
