Market Research Interviewer / Customer Service Assistant
Staffline Dudley are looking for Customer Service Assistants and Market Research Interviewers for our client, an innovative market-research agency based in West Bromwich. The company carry out the service measurement of domestic (UK) and international postal services. They measure the quality of the service provided by postal operators by tracking test items of mail through delivery networks and reporting on the A to B transit times of those test items.
Working as part of the panel recruitment team you will be required to make outbound calls to residential and business customers to participate in the surveys. You will be using a PC and telephone. You will make outbound calls and update in-house systems and Excel spreadsheets during and between calls. Key Performance Indicators measure call quality and quantity as well as data accuracy.
This is not a sales role.
Exceptional customer service skills, from previous experience gained working in any sector, are essential. Permanent employment and career development are a possible progression from this assignment.
The working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Fridays.
On-the-job training is provided.
