Based in the City, this international professional membership body is seeking an experienced Membership Services manager to join its busy team. The role is varied and allows a great deal of autonomy so would be ideal for a self-motivated and ambitious individual who enjoys contributing to the development of a business.

You will be required to engage and connect with the membership through digital channels and marketing campaigns in order to increase numbers including renewals. Working with other internal departments to produce collateral, you will be confident in working out how best to appeal to your members. This will also involve consulting data and research to assess success and where appropriate either refine or indeed change existing practices. Regular reporting to and consultation with senior management will be an integral part of this post so strong communication skills are a must.

The idea candidate will have had previous experience with the delivery of services within a membership organisation. They should be confident communicators and feel comfortable working with demanding internal and external stakeholders. Strong IT skills and experience of working with digital market media are essential.
