As a consequence we have an opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join the team here at our head office in central Birmingham.

- Confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Maintain accurate database of prospects
- Familiar with Digital Marketing Channels
- Work to challenging achievable targets
- The ability to regularly update and maintain a high volume of work
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of productivity, whilst working to tight deadlines
- The ability to apply initiative
- Flexible approach to working hours in order to meet business needs and requirements

The role includes:

- Appointment setting - high volume (100 calls / day) outbound 'cold' calls to C-Level HR and Reward Personnel at the UK's leading 'Blue Chip' companies to secure appointments for Alliance Surgical senior representatives to attend meetings to discuss Company Health Schemes.
- Ensure all appointments meet the strict qualification criteria.
- Using and updating the in-house CRM database software (Pipedrive) to ensure company and contact information is accurate and up to date as well as report on progress of potential prospects throughout sales process.
- Support the Alliance Surgical Directors in developing marketing activities and sales campaigns to help raise the profile of our proposition and support appointment setting.
- In addition to Alliance Surgical's database, the Telesales Executive will be required to proactively develop new leads and contacts using prospect websites, trade websites and magazines and any other media that gives credible corporate decision maker data.


- 100 dials a day
- Book two qualified new first meetings a week that will be verified as genuine appointments following the meeting.


- Ability to interact with senior personnel of major employers
- Be persistent and overcome objections to a meeting
- Make high volume calls
- Book credible appointments
- Maintain accurate records


- Graduate preferred
- Good standard of education with A-C in Maths and English preferred

In return we offer a basic salary of £20,000 per annum with uncapped commission giving realistic OTE of £35,000 - £40,000.
