Your story:

·You're a hard-working, highly talented and creative chef who's passionate about what you do and excited by fresh ingredients.

·Someone who loves the idea of working in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant.

· You're already an experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef and are used to stock, waste and labour control.

·You've been responsible for food safety, Health & Safety, food quality, service speed and cooking to spec, as well as managing and working with a kitchen team during busy services.

·You've got incredibly high standards and love the idea of developing a career in a professional, award-winning, fresh food kitchen.

·You also like the idea of being part of a fun, supportive and sociable team, delivering amazing service to our guests.

·We’re committed to developing our people. 80% of our Head Chefs started with us as Sous Chefs
