Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Commodities & Procurement
Based in central London, my client is a talent provider for the commodities and procurement market. They have built a great reputation in the market and are now looking to grow.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join either the specialist Procurement or Energy & Commodities Team, working with experienced recruiters and Managers. You will work in a full recruitment life-cycle role, involving both generating candidates (advertising, head-hunting, referrals), generating clients (cold/warm calling, client meetings, leads). So you can not be shy of hard work, working long hours and making money!
Recruitment offers the chance for consultants to take on responsibility very quickly through business development and managing your own client/candidate portfolio. You will have extensive one-on-one training from established top billers and proven managers.
My client is an ambitious and growing business, with a 100% meritocratic environment, that means you must be a consistent top performer, looking to develop long term with a clear focus on your financial and career objectives.
The Ideal Profile: Strong academics - a 2:1 or 1st class degree (or equivalent) from top 30 UK Universities. Previous post graduate commercial experience (previous sales or client facing experience is preferred). You must be hard working and professional with a never say die attitude. You need to be able to show that you have a proven track of success.
My client believes that you should be rewarded for your success, so a basic of £23,000 is as standard with a commission structure that will allow you to double your basic in your 1st 12 months in the role. Also ad hoc incentives are all up for grabs.
