Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading construction organization based in Yorkshire, recruiting for a Reward Manager to join their highly respected HR function.

Our client has gone through a large scale transformation program which has resulted in a market leading reward offering. The interim Head of Reward has delivered some excellent change initiatives and our client is now looking to hire a capable reward specialist to take the reins and continue delivering on this progressive reward strategy. You will be overseeing the current team of two analysts and be responsible for executing a consistent and competitive reward offering, overseeing compensation and bonus reviews, advising on executive pay and supporting Remco. You will also be responsible for the ongoing analysis and communication around gender pay gap reporting and minimum wage as well as leading on various reward projects.

You will be reporting directly into the HRD and will be viewed as the reward expert within this business. Our client needs an outstanding relationship manager who has a proven track record of developing strong stakeholder relationships with challenging stakeholders in a fast paced and changing environment.

Our client has multiple offices across the UK and so flexibility to travel will be desirable but not essential.
