 Partner Sales Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC)

This role is about creating Partner activity, new partners etc. and ensuring revenues through partners and being a specialist in UCC, and having a Cisco Microsoft UCC background.

What they need from you:

You will be able to take responsibility to initiate and drive Sales and Business Development activities and programs with partners classified as Conferencing Service Providers (CSPs).

Be able to drive the sales of Services, which include Hosted Skype for Business, Global SIP connect, Cisco Cloud Connected Audio and other services which would be part of the solution taken to the market, through CSPs to their Enterprise customers.

The successful person must have a strong background in Microsoft and Cisco Collaboration Services and understand the needs and requirements of this Partner segment and end enterprise users.

Experience

·Around 10 years sales, commercial, product, and/or sales engineering experience in the Enterprise telecommunications market

·Strong UCC product and use-case knowledge. Also, data networking, managed services, network, security, and cloud applications.

·Excellent knowledge of Enterprise UCC requirements including SIP trunking and Unified Collaboration tools such as Skype of Business(Lync) and CISCO CCA

·Experience with recruiting channel partners and/or implementing channel programs.

·Knowledge of the unique requirements of the UCC market

·Solutions selling experience; identifying pain-points, assessing customer's needs, developing and proposing solutions

·Recent experience with the Enterprise Sales and/or Product organizations of PGI or West is preferred or Partner organizations of Microsoft /Cisco preferred.

·Bachelors or Master’s Degree in technical or business discipline.
