You will work collaboratively with our Bid Managers, Senior Management Team, across our Cordant Services / Cordant People / PMP Recruitment businesses; organising bid production and ensuring the smooth day to day administrative running of tenders and bids.
Essential to this role will be your ability to organise and prioritise a reactive workload with the Cordant Services Directors and Business Development Managers, supporting them effectively in order for our business to meet its strategic objectives.
You will have experience of having worked in a similar role; holding the ability to produce creative bids relevant to this sector.
- Support Bid Managers by produce written responses for PQQ and Tenders including; unique responses, references, case studies, CVs and project experience.Ensure compliance to Work Winning processes and procedures to manage submissions and bid related information.Support briefings, kick-off and progress meetings.Ensure all tender documentation is presented to a uniformly high standard, editing and proofreading submission documents, as well as coordinating and supporting in the production and finalisation of documents.Facilitate storyboarding sessions with subject matter experts, taking ownership to completion.Prepare graphics such as flow charts, diagrams and organisation charts as required to support high standard submissions.Ongoing support of contributor development and responses, by assessing whether the questions are being answered in liaison with bid coordinatorsProvide feedback to the Bid Manager of progress with responses.Create the final publication, and with the team, ensure the bid is delivered to the client on timeMaintain document management system ensuring a complete record of the submission is maintained for future review and scrutinyIdentify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant. Work to demanding and changeable deadlines, in a high pressure environment.Printing and production of tender responses ensuring the highest qualityExperienced in working to tight deadlines with excellent project management skills
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree educated with a professional writing background.Advanced MS Office skills and Adobe etc. for graphic and image placement.Demonstrate experience in planning and producing successful quality submission documents.Previously worked with the bidding process.Strong communication, both verbal and written to develop relationships across teams and clients.

Basic salary - £20,000 to £27,000 dependant on experience.
