IT Account Manager
A fast growing Outsourced IT company based in East London is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their busy Sales & Projects team.
The company has been operating for 12 years and has shown impressive growth throughout this period, and recently moved into the booming IT Cloud markets, whilst continuing to strengthen their traditional IT services; IT Helpdesk and IT Projects. A small business ethos is applied where it is understood every employee’s contribution is critical to the continued success of the business, and importantly everyone’s contribution is recognised.

As part of our Sales & Project team, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): All aspects of Client account management, attending Client meetings with the Sales Director and managing incoming sales leads.
Tasks will include:-Building and Managing Client relations; Providing audits, usage reporting and dispute resolution -Attending Client meetings with the Sales Director-Responding to incoming sales leads
Person specification:-Excellent communication skills- including face-to-face/ phone/ email-Excellent attention to detail-Good presentation-The ability to write reports and proposals-Good time management -Good technical knowledge an advantage-Hard working-Preferably from an Outsourced IT background, although not essential
Hours will be 9am to 5.30pm Monday-Friday.
Salary: £28k to £35k dependant on experience
