Client Support Manager

Location: Stretford

Salary up to £22,000 depending on experience – OTE £35,000-£40,000

Our client is a highly successful business who provides effective, bespoke commercial marketing campaigns for a range of clients.Their client book boasts many blue chip names; however they also provide support and services for the SME market.We are currently seeking a business to business experienced Client Support Manager to join their customer support team in a wide and varied role.

The main purpose of your role will be to build strong working relationships with new and existing clients to ensure they feel they’re getting the most value from our service via face-to-face or by telephone; whilst liaising with clients and booking appointments for the field-based Heads of Client Support, you will be delivering the highest standards of customer service whilst retaining business and strengthen bonds to maintaining profitability by preventing cancellations.


-Implementing business strategy and service values to meet client retention targets

-Booking appointments with clients and managing the diaries of our on-the-road Heads of Client Support

-Managing a customer support database on a day-to-day basis

-Liaising with key departments to maintain strong communication channels

-Gaining a high level of knowledge of our products to maximise effectiveness in client retention client support manager

-Act as a point of contact for allocated client supplier management teams, also acting as a reference point for key operational contacts

-Participation as required in key client relationship meetings to support the Client Support team.

The successfully candidate will need to have previous experience working a Client Support Manager – Preferably within a B2B sales environment.

You will have strong commercial acumen with excellent Microsoft and excel skill as well as solid communication and articulation skills and have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
