Product Owner/ Project Manager - IT Resources- Bolton
Keoghs is looking to appoint a Product Owner to be ultimately responsible for ensuring the effective direction of IT resources in delivering our automated fraud detection service.
Working in an agile team, they will be the key decision maker, working closely with the stakeholders whilst maintaining and managing a prioritised list of user stories for the team to deliver.
They will act as the customer proxy into the team, both expressing the needs and requirements of stakeholders and representing team progress back to the community.
·Take an active role in leading the product/service life cycle – involved in strategic planning, process design, deployment and benefits realisation.
·Product/service Ownership - holds the product/service vision and works closely with stakeholders, such as end users, customers, and the business to understand required changes.
·They facilitate communication between the team and the stakeholders and ensure the team is directed to work on the most cost effective tasks.
·Backlog prioritisation – Determine sequence in which stories and component tasks will get delivered. Includes technical stories.
·Stakeholder management – provide product guidance, recommendations, progress reports and direction to Senior Management other Product Owners and the stakeholder community.
·A flexible approach is required and out of hours working is expected to support business as usual activities or project deadlines.

Knowledge/experience of working in fraud management would be an advantage.
