Business Development Manager - Event Management - £40,000

This vibrant company are based in the heart of London and are looking for someone to develop new business within Latin America, Europe, Asia, and US. They are a global provider of events, conferences, arrange and manage private meetings for public, government and corporate institutions.

The Role
The Business Development Manager be extremely proactive at looking for new business this will be done by conducting around 100-150 telephone calls daily. The Business Development Manager will be selling to very senior members of corporations across the UK and Latin America. You will be based out of the plush London offices.

The Candidate
The Business Development Manager will be results driven with the ability to meet and over achieve set targets. You will have a great personality, extrovert and confident as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Business Development Manager must have at least 6 months solid cold calling experience and have dealt with executive senior members of corporations. You must be able to travel abroad every 4 months (3 times per year) to attend company events.

The Package
As well as working for a vibrant international organisation, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £23,000 with a realistic OTE of £40,000. The Business Development Manager will also have fantastic opportunities to travel to exotic locations to attend company events.
