Adobe Outbound Telesales Advisor– Bilingual French/German/Dutch/Spanish/Swedish/Italian/Russian/Polish£18,000 to £19,500 after 6 months (£24,000 OTE)Newcastle upon TyneFull Time – 40hrs pwPermanent – Monday to Friday More about the roleAs an Outbound Telesales Advisor, you’ll be an integral part of developing the direct business through winning new customers and migrating existing customer from their perpetual software to subscription based. As an Outbound Telesales Advisor, you’ll be working with business customers who currently use the software. You’ll be responsible for the whole sales cycle from qualifying the lead to placing the order in the system. You’ll be working with the customer data from campaigns and leads, along with generating your own leads using market intelligence, proprietary tools and social media, you’ll then be calling out to these customers in specified markets, countries and languages, and manage the entire sales cycle within the CRM system. You’ll be using a consultative approach to sell bespoke solutions using sales and training material provided by the business.Who we are looking forWe’re looking for you to have proven sales experience, ideally in B2B, but also B2C and you’ll have proven skills in developing an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. You’ll be focussed on developing your knowledge and skills to ensure you are fully aware of the market you are working in and the products you are selling.
