The Opportunity: 
Our client is a leading client-side organisation based in Grantham, who are looking for an experienced agency or client-side Studio/Production Manager to join their large marketing team, in a newly created role. 
The Role:
Working from the Head Office in Grantham, the Studio Manager / Creative Production Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery scheduling and forward planning of the communication and marketing workload across production and delivery functions including; design, content, web, PR, social media, email, digital, print, insight and data. The Studio Manager / Marketing Production Manager operates as the main point of contact for Marketing and Communication Managers to get activity produced and delivered within agreed timelines in line with the agreed communication and marketing plan. You will be comfortable with a matrix working approach.This role will own and embed the production scheduling process across the organisation. 
-To manage the production scheduling process for communication and marketing activities within the agreed plan; including allocating and tracking resource requirements to deliver the production of activities across multiple delivery functions. -To own production schedules; working across teams ensure all activities in the marketing and communications plan are appropriately scheduled and delivered through internal production and delivery teams, revising schedules where necessary. -To evaluate and make recommendations on the resource needs to deliver proposals for new communication and marketing activity, working with delivery teams and Marcomms Managers to resolve any resource conflicts. -To develop a forward plan of the B&C delivery team resource needed to support the agreed marketing and communications plan and share with relevant team leads. -To own and drive the production scheduling process, working with stakeholders from across the business to ensure clear roles and responsibilities and everyone is working to the agreed process. -To evaluate and report on the efficiency of the production scheduling process, make recommendations on how to improve its effectiveness and drive change. -Perform other duties, which may reasonably be assigned by your line manager. 
Requirements: Either agency or client side, ideal candidate will have:-Significant experience of traffic or studio management, working in a creative or production environment; -Degree educated, or equivalent qualification;-A thorough knowledge of project management, creative and design process and on/offline communication channels;-Excellent stakeholder management skills;-Excellent communication skills.
Fixed Term Contract - Minimum 2 years Salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus benefitsLocation: Grantham, commutable from Nottinghamshire, Peterborough, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire
