We are looking for a strong Assistant Restaurant Manager that will lead the new opening of a unique concept in Canary Wharf supporting the Assistant General Manager and GM. The business will be multi-facetted bringing together an exceptional customer experience not only within the two restaurants but also the deli and cocktail bar. The role will require an accomplished restaurant manager with strong bar experience to take ownership of this new venture under the umbrella of a world class hotel group.

The role will require a very strong leader, an individual that can work with a senior team to deliver a customer experience that will be world class, not silver service but rather something far more natural and individual:

We want the Assistant Restaurant Manager to develop a team of colleagues that build strong relationships, remember their regulars yet treat everyone as a regular. We are looking for a natural coach and mentor, trainer and developer.

You will need to have previous experience and accomplishments in leading a high footfall large restaurant, have full accountability for the training and development of a new team as well as the bar standards, stock control and ordering. You should have experience in a busy high street restaurant and bar as well as some experience working in hotels. There are two restaurants, some experience of Indian and Mediterranean food would be fantastic!
