Riverside are looking to appoint Senior Finance Business Partners to report to the Director of Business Planning and Analysis and to partner with Executive Directors and Senior Managers on their business area/s to provide commercial insight and technical financial skills to support the Group with achieving its strategic and financial objectives. As the Senior Finance Business Partner you will lead a team of finance professionals to deliver growth initiatives, process improvement, margin enhancement and commercial opportunities and ensure the service is efficient, value for money and continually developed.

As the Senior Finance Business Partner you will oversee and be accountable for financial activity, reporting and practices for the business area ensuring they are subject to regular review, developing and owning financial business planning and analysis for the entire business area/s, collaborating with both finance and operational colleagues to identify, investigate and implement remedial action to address issues impacting on financial and business performance and continuously drive improvement across the business, promoting sound financial and business management, accountability, efficiency and value for money.

The successful applicant will be fully CCAB/CIMA qualified or equivalent, with proven leadership skills, with evidence of coaching and mentoring a team in a challenging, fast paced environment with significant experience of the provision of strategic business insight in a complex or high risk environment and a proven track record of building successful relationships with senior business leaders
