We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee a number of supported living services for adults with learning difficulties and complex needs in the Worcester/Evesham area.

You will provide guidance and leadership to team of 25 support staff and will manage the day to day running of the services including rota and service delivery.You will need to have at least 3 years experience working and supporting people with Learning Difficulties and ideally have 1-2 years experience in a senior role, at Team Leader or Manager level.NVQ level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is a minimum requirement for this position. So you will either have this or be willing to work towards it, and willing to work towards Level 5 also.Support and training will also be provided.This is a great opportunity for anyone working in a Management/Team Leader role in Social Care looking to progress with this established company in a rewarding role.
