FREE PARKING, LOCAL TO BUS ROUTES, 38 DAYS ANNAUL LEAVE AND PENSION

THE OPPORTUNITY

My client is looking to grow their IFA team based in Doncaster. You must have IFA experience ideally with in Pensions/Investments Industry. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a rapidly growing business that value and develop their staff.

THE ROLE

  • Using our in-house back office system to input new clients and servicing existing ones
  • Liaising with insurance companies, solicitors, accountants and ensuring our clients requirements and expectations are met
  • Data input
  • Assisting advisers in the processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients, adhering to strict FCA regulations and internal policy and procedures
  • Answering the telephone, photocopying, faxing, document scanning, electronic filing of client documentation and stationary monitoring/ordering

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

  • You will have a minimum of 2-3 year's experience within a financial services administration role -ideally with in Pensions, Investments or Life Assurance
  • Educated to GCSE level - C or above
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You will be confident and self-assured and remain calm and work well under pressure.
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
