Job Summary:

To provide finance administrative support to internal departments whilst maintaining customer agreements and dealer accounts from payout to settlement, understanding and interpreting the agreements and processing volume tasks to a high standard.

Main Duties:

  • Complete various daily administrative tasks accurately to maintain customer and dealer accounts within the PAN system. Investigate and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner. These include: processing the Bank Statement and other reports required to maintain payments made, fees applied or refunds needed to ensure accounts are accurate and up to date.
  • Process large volume requests from the various MNF admin team e-mail groups accurately and timely, to ensure all deadlines and customer requirements are met. This will include: - customer account refunds, fee reversals, repossession sale proceeds, agreement unwinds, dealer funding top-ups and requests for payment, partial settlements; etc.
  • Liaise with other departments to process various ad-hoc requests or queries, investigating as necessary ensuring the correct treatment has been applied on the system and correct funds are issued to a satisfactory conclusion. Refer unresolved discrepancies to line manager.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks, for example, opening post, filing & processing payments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up to date knowledge and understanding of MotoNovo Finance products and services, providing accurate information and proactively promoting them where appropriate
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative information related to MotoNovo Finance products and services (e.g. ICOB, FCA Rules, Money Laundering, Data Protection, etc.) as advised by Line Management. Ensure all Money Laundering issues are reported appropriately.
