Our client is a well-established good specialist training provider operating from 45 centres across England They are dedicated to the health and social care sector and they understand the needs of both the employer and the learner. They consistently achieve a higher than average success rate of apprenticeship completion.
They currently seek to appoint a fulltime and permanent Trainer Assessor in Health & Social care who can assess up to L5 to manage a caseload in the Thames Valley area. It is a homebased role with travel to learners in the following areas four days a week: Oxford, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Office in Basingstoke available and travel required to this office 1 x a week.

As one of their Assessors you will be working across the Thames Valley area, having a base in the office alongside your colleagues and Area Manager. We expect that you will spend at least 4 days a week out and about visiting your learners and employers in their workplaces, which can range from residential care homes to domiciliary care in the community. Candidates can live in the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire areas and will be working across the Thames Valley area on a full time and permanent basis.

It is essential that you have experience of working within the Care industry to management level and a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Care. We are looking for Qualified Trainer Assessors with experience delivering qualifications up to level 5. We offer a free and full induction and training package to all.
You must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver, have access to your own vehicle and have the right to live and work in the UK.
* A starting salary from £24,000 - £28,000(salary is dependant on experience and qualifications)
