We have an exciting opportunity for a Work:Life Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

About Work:Life:

Aviva’s 'Work:Life' employee benefits platform, delivers a single, online interface to provide details of an employers’ total reward offerings, including their company pension and offers a simple way for employees to consider and select their benefits.

Employee Benefits Senior Project Manager:

As a senior Work:Life Project Manager you will take the lead on all new enquiries, helping to secure new business by understanding our clients needs and recommending the best approach to meet their objectives. You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of the end to end plan from fact find through to implementation.

The position requires an experienced individual in the Employee Benefits market gained in either a consulting or Flex Provider role. It provides an exciting opportunity to help shape the future direction of Work:Life and identify and deliver against the significant amount of opportunities that exist within Aviva.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    Working with the Distribution team to proactively identify opportunities and lead new Work:Life enquires to maximisebusiness opportunities and ensure alignment to our proposition.Responsible for project managing the successful implementations of Work:Life that meets the clients needs and delivers customer satisfaction.On-going relationship management of existing clients that drives value for both the client and Aviva.Working across Corporate, Group Protection and Healthcare business cells to identify and leverage opportunities.Maintain in-depth market & competitor knowledge that is used to help develop Work:Life and its associated processes.

Skills & Experience required:

    Very strong Employee Benefits / Flex experience.Experience in designing and implementing total reward and employee benefits.Excellent communicator with the ability to develop professional relationships.Employee benefits communication implementations.3rdparty relationship management & procurement of benefit offerings.Excellent organisational skills.Be able to work as part of a team and with your own initiative.

Salary: Flexible and competitive dependent on experience & location.
