A Technical Support Manager is required by a leading International Systems Provider based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The successful candidate will ideally have strong Microsoft Infrastructure technical capability with both implementation and support.
The Technical Support Manager must have solid knowledge of O365, Sway and Delve as well as other technical insight to Microsoft technologies, both software and server. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out the implementation and support of Microsoft Systems Infrastructure covering Office 365 (delve / sway), Azure, Windows Server and Software. You will ideally come from a Service Management background and have deep involvement with the technical support function.
You will be responsible for ensuring that technical support adheres to strict SLA’s and you will be ensure continuous 24/7 service across the 18 Global offices.

Basic salary from £38,000 to £45,000 + Benefits
