About the role
As a Barista Maestro, you'll be a real Costa ambassador, keeping customer service at the heart of everything you do. Working closely with both the Store and Assistant Managers, you'll lead the shift in their absence and train and develop your team of Baristas so they are delivering truly memorable coffee experiences. This will include deploying the team effectively, identifying training opportunities, supporting on-the-job experiences, checking the quality of coffee and equipment and taking great pride in ensuring everything we do exceeds brand standards.
Who we're looking for
With a passion for training, coaching and, of course, coffee, you'll be an accredited Barista with a completed Barista Core Skills workbook. Keen to develop your career and take the next step as an Assistant Manager, you'll be a genuine role model, full of flair and with a real desire to take responsibility for the success of the store. If you have had experience of running shifts, we'll see that as a very nice bonus.
