Technical Sales Developer rwequired for a specialised consultancy that assists architects, builders and construction companies to create buildings that meet environmental and energy regulations. The team evaluates energy performance, ensuring compliance and potential cost savings for our clients. There are ambitious plans for business growth and the need for a Technical Sales Developer who is excellent at building and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients. This Technical Sales Developer role will involve liaising with repeat clients and up-selling on quotes to secure regular sales and creating new business opportunities from various sources, including cold calling. As aTechnical Sales Developer you will be a point of contact for our clients, advising them on technical and non-technical issues, meeting their needs, adding value by working with marketing and always going the extra mile.


In order to achieve the business KPIs you will have experience of building relationships with professional companies and individuals. Your excellent communication skills will shine through, with a strong conversational manner and the ability to build rapport with people at all levels. Ideally you will have previous experience of sales and recruitment. You have excellent knowledge and skills in a CRM system and MS Office. Able to work well under pressure, you also maintain a high level of quality as well as the drive towards achieving team targets. You're tenacious, someone who won't take no for an answer and you'll always go the extra mile for our clients.
