Technical Facilities Manager

London

Salary: £60,000

The Facilities Manager is responsible for working directly with the local client to ensure a thorough understanding of their objectives and the implementation of acceptable property-specific operating strategies that achieve these required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the direct management of all resources involved in the delivery of Engineering Services
  • Support the development and ensure effective implementation standard operating and maintenance procedures and processes for the account.
  • Drive client-specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking and best practice, including EHS Risk Management
  • Source, transfer and implement best practices to the Engineering accounts.
  • Drive regional consistency across the account e.g. in compliance management, maintenance standards, reporting, standard operating procedures, systems and HR practices.
  • Be accountable for the service delivery to meet the contractual obligations
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the client’s organisation.
  • Be responsible for the achievement of the key performance indicators, service levels and other measures as contracted on each allocated Account
  • Implement and manage the change control process.
  • Manage the governance process for the Engineering work streams

Experience:

  • Must have a strong track record in delivering technical FM services within a high-profile environment
  • Ideally, the TFM will already have experience delivering technical services for a technology, media or similar client and must fit well culturally into this demanding and fast based environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills required.
