A great opportunity has arisen with a successful Procurement business, based in their Milton Keynes office, for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team. The position would suit a Contracts Manager, experienced Paralegal, or NQ Solicitor with significant commercial contracts experience. Salary is dependent on individual experience, although in the region of £30-40k.
This business has relationships with a variety of businesses, primarily in the public sector, and the successful candidate will be crucial in developing and maintaining relationships with these organisations by effectively negotiating, drafting, and managing a variety of contracts. The successful candidate will report into the Directors and work closely with the senior leadership team across the business.
The Contracts Manager position will involve; drafting and negotiating a variety of supply contracts, licence agreements, NDAs, and employee documents, providing the business and colleagues with legal updates and relevant training, informing senior colleagues of legislative changes, reviewing internal contracts and employee documents, performing internal audits and managing the coverall contracts lifecycle, and advising on data protection matters.
