Opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading financial institutions. The Assistant Market Insights Manager will be responsible for the delivery of robust market and competitor insight, working closely with the marketing and products teams.The Assistant Market Insights Manager will:
Cover both qualitative and quantitative, primary and secondary research projects. Co-ordinating the production of and hands-on implementation of market & competitor insight. Hands on management and analysis of primary and secondary research. Work with key business partners to identify opportunities to influence change and drive up NPS. Support and influence decision making through bespoke insights.The Assistant Market Insights Manager will need to have: Hands-on experience of secondary research. Ability to operate independently. Knowledge of secondary sources in Financial Services such as; CACI’s market databases, CML, ONS and BoE. Experienced with analytical tools like Excel. Strong relationship building and communication skills.
