Spa Manager - Luxury 5* Hotel - (Live In) - Job Summary
Our client is currently recruiting for a fantastic Spa Manager in South Wales. They position themselves within the luxury hotel market and are continually expanding and developing. With an emphasis on quality, service and 5* standards they are looking for a confident and driven Spa Manager who is looking to take their career to the next level and be part of the luxury 5* Hotel market.

Spa Manager - Luxury 5* Hotel - (Live In) - Role Responsibility
As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing alongside the Assistant Spa Manager a large team of Supervisors, seniors, Therapists and Receptionists, driving revenue and profit and controlling day to day operations.

  • Your role is to drive sales and overseeing the execution/implementation of key business
  • An experienced Spa professional who has really strong achievements behind them in growing a business, is extremely commercially focused and exhibits natural leadership qualities
  • Drive spa occupancy, therapist utilisation and hourly treatment rate through effective yield management
  • Managing a large team of Spa Therapists and Spa Receptionists, ensuring that they deliver best practice and high 5* standards in all areas and services
  • You will have experience of successfully managing, developing motivating and inspiring your spa team
  • You will have worked as a Spa Manager of a smaller spa or as an Assistant Spa Manager of a larger spa. You will have an instinctive approach in exceeding guest expectations, naturally able to motivate the team, inspire and provide a vision, and be able to make a difference every day
  • To prepare and agree budgets annually and re-forecast in conjunction with the Director of Spa & Leisure

YOU WILL BE:

  • Able to have the ability to notice minor detail

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Worked as a Spa Manager of a smaller spa or as an Assistant Spa Manager or a larger Spa
  • An instinctive approach in exceeding guest expectations
  • Desirable to have Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3
  • A genuine passion for the industry and always wanting to improve standards
