We have a new exciting position within our highly successful Sales team, in our Swindon contact centre. 

Role overview 
Responsible for delivering sales and new initiatives and managing your own revenue stream. Act as a role model to your team and the Sales department, consistently performing to target and demonstrating to the team how this can be consistently achieved. To coach and manage performance to ensure all individual KPI’s are hit by the teams.

Key duties 
  • Lead a team of Outbound and Inbound Sales Consultants and a Senior Advisor
  • Create a sales culture that drives performance through excellent communication and motivation skills, delivering initiatives to enhance the performance of the business
  • Take accountability and responsibility for performance and ensures everyone knows what excellent looks like (skills, knowledge & behaviours)
  • Manage individual and team performance and behaviors through coaching, training, development, motivation and engagement to successfully achieve key performance indicators
  • Provide detailed and informative management information in relation to their staff and team activity and make recommendations to the business for improvement
  • Deliver regular 121 performance reviews and Personal Development Plans and manage staff through HR performance management procedures
  • Effectively communicate with all levels including senior management
  • Ensure process, procedures and objectives are followed in line with the business strategy
Experience required
  • Sales team leadership experience, including outbound and inbound sales
  • Worked in a fast-paced target environment
  • Worked well under pressure
  • Understanding of call centre technology including working with dialers
