The Client

A leading new build house builder based in Yorkshire is recruiting for an experienced Assitant Site Manager to work on a brand new site in Yorkshire. Earning 30k -40k PA with a amazing benefits package, this is exceptional opportunity for someone looking to take their next step in their career.

The successful candidate should be capable of supervising large sites and be fully conversant with all aspects of house building. They must be able to manage and motivate site staff effectively.

You will report to the Site Manager and Contracts Manager and be in charge of day to day site activities including Health and Safety, controlling subcontractors and ensuring materials are on site.
