Our client, a long established Financial Services Firm, are looking to recruit a number of skilled Telephone Negotiators to join their Debt Recovery and Collections team in their vibrant, Sheffield City Centre based offices.

Their specialist teams are fully committed to treating all customers fairly and helping get things back on track as quickly as possible. The Role
This is a fast-paced, customer orientated role that requires a keen attention to detail and excellent levels of professionalism. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Dealing with customer complaints, queries, concerns and disputes in a manner in line with company brand and proposition.
* Working in partnership with customers in financial difficulty, acknowledging customer's individual needs whilst managing their expectations, and adhering to company guidelines.
* Displaying the highest level of verbal and written communication to customers, responding to customers via telephone, email, letter and fax.
* Arranging Payment Plans with customers, discussing sensitive information and different solutions to get them where they need to be.
* Liaising with all departments across the business to ensure the timely and professional delivery of services.
* Reporting back issues to your Team Leader.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a professional telephone manner and be able to empathise with customers issues relating to late payments and financial difficulty. You must be able to effectively demonstrate previous experience in a similar, customer focussed role. Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar, telephone based customer service role is necessary - due to the nature of the role and the business, candidates must also be able to demonstrate previous experience in adhering to FCA/FSA guidelines (coming from a Banking, Financial Services or Insurance background).
