Customer Support Executive opportunity has arisen for a Fluent Swedish and Norwegian speaker to join expanding company based in central Tunbridge Wells.

The purpose of the role is to provide 1st line helpdesk support in response to all inbound calls and emails. Dealing with high volume calls answering customer queries supporting technical products and identifying and providing solutions for any issues that arise.

The Ideal Candidate will:

Have proven customer service contact centre helpdesk experience.
Previous IT technical helpdesk experience required.
Excellent communicator with fluent written and verbal English & Swedish.
Fluency in Norwegian an advantage.
Have a good understanding of customer service in an Online business
Be a good communicator and problem solver. Be computer savvy
Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them.

Salary: £22,000 + 10% Bonus + 5 weeks holiday + Bank holidays + Flexible benefits.
Working rota:- 08:00 - 16:30 or 11:30 - 20:00 one Saturday per month with a day off that week.
