We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant role based at a large local employer in Folkestone, our client is looking for a candidate with excellent accuracy skills who is keen to work within a busy finance department. If this sounds like you then read on!

As an Accounts Assistant your responsibilities will include:

Sales and purchase ledger
Daily and monthly reconciliation
Entering invoices onto in-house systems
Dealing with emails and phone call queries
Supporting the finance team in busy periods

Experience required:

Previous accounts experience
AAT qualification or equivalent
Experience of dealing with suppliers
Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and v look ups
