Position: Pricing Assistant
Location: Hounslow:
Salary: Up to £22,000 Based On Experience
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

As a Pricing Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that you identify the recovery of food costs and have commercial understanding on how to maximise margins.

Key Responsibilities in this role will include:

Food pricing
Tracking food menu changes and supplier price changes and understanding pricing impact
Ensure all food pricing cost is invoiced accurately
Supporting the pricing analysts
Non food costings - Labour requirements for Handling
Provide administrative support to the Pricing department

Key skills and experience in this role will include:

Maintains effective relationships with customers
Develops, commercializes and delivers high quality / innovative services and solutions
Working knowledge of Oracle and air vision web based invoicing solutions desirable
Ideally studying towards an ACCA or CIMA qualification
Advanced Skills in MS Excel including Pivot tables
Ideally from a FMCG background
Knowledge of core pricing and food pricing
