We are rectruiting for a super company that is in need of IFA Administrators they currently have vacancies for 2 admin staff to work from the Surrey office.  This is a full time perm role. 

This role is to provide an efficicent IFA sales Support administration to the Sales team.  To assist IFA in the porocessing of new business and clients as well as maintaining relationships with exsisting client whilst adhering to the strict FCA regulations and interinal policy and procedures.
There will be other general office duties however the main bulk is financial based these are some of the other duties involved.
Obatinaing valuations
Client appointments/adviser diary management 
Commission queries
inputting client information on the system
Booking in client reviews
New business applications. 

For this role we are seeking individuals that have a background working in an IFA practice.
Good communication skills both oral and written, 
Confident and have a posistive approach and work well under pressure..

Ideally someone who has or is studying financial exams
