Purpose of the role:

Generate, nurture and build new clients relationships to convert into leads to create deals and generate revenue for the company via inbound, outbound, web chat channels

Ensure that the voice of the company is consistently being delivered on every channel

Maximise business opportunities by using best practice

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Introduce new business

To provide a strong pipeline of qualified leads across Businesses and Product Mix

Achieve a minimum of 2 qualified leads per day and achieve sales team targets of new deals and minimum fees; chase outstanding enquiries and supporting paperwork from enquirers; attend team meetings.

Teamwork

Support and liaise with team Administrator and Business Development Managers

Marketing

Reporting

Consistently and accurately record information in Goldmine to assist the team Administrator in the production and completion of weekly and monthly sales analysis and reports

Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training
