Basingstoke Sports Trust is looking to appoint a Membership Administrator to join their Membership Admin team based in Basingstoke. The successful applicant will be responsible for the processing of various types of membership details, in a fast-paced working environment. We are looking for someone who has previous administrative experience and can provide excellent customer service to our members both face to face and by phone and email. The role will include ensuring members data is correct on Legend our Membership Management system, dealing with customer enquiries and processing membership transfers, cancellations, payments and freezes in a timely fashion. The successful applicant will possess: Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills. A good attention to detail. The ability to manage and prioritise workloads and work to deadlines. Strong communication skills both written and oral. Self-motivation and the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and meticulous data handling. A good level of computer skills-knowledge of Legend Membership Management system or similar would be an advantage but not essential. The post is 26 hours per week, working Monday to Friday; however we will consider longer hours over less days. Basingstoke Sports Trust is a charitable leisure trust based at Festival Place in Basingstoke, Hampshire. A truly independent Trust created in 1965, we manage two leisure facilities - Basingstoke Sports Centre and our club - bstFitness, which is located on Park Way in Newbury.
