About the Role


In this role you will be working with the organisation and the finance team to ensure that we are delivering an excellent service that meets the needs of the business. Your main duties will include:


  • Accurate and efficient processing of client-related financial instructions ensuring that SRA Accounts Rules are complied with and the cashiering SLAs are met.

  • Ensuring finance transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

  • Undertaking general office duties as and when required

  • Ensure cheques received into the business are banked in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring daily reconciliations and banking reports are completed in accordance with agreed processes

  • Liase with file handlers to resolve queries on client files



About You

You will have experience working in a high volume and delivery focused finance environment. You will have the ability to prioritise and plan with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

It is desirable but not essential that you will have an understanding of the SRA accounts rules and have previous experience working within a legal environment. Ideally you will also have previous experience of working with Legal Enterprise and Proclaim operating systems, or another similar Finance IT system.
