City based speciality insurer urgently require a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant , minimum 3 month contract

The role will cover a wide variety of responsibilities focussed around the Purchase Ledger.

Including:

* Processing payment batches e.g. fees and claims payments
* Monthly processing of broker commissions
* Processing operational expense payments e.g. the payment of office facility expenses, including, but not limited to electricity and telephone bills
* Investigating outstanding invoices and liaising with the Claims Processing team to determine outcome
* Ad hoc expense reporting and analysis i.e. expenditure against budget reports
* Managing payment queries
* Any ad hoc duties and assisting Finance team and Director of Finance as required
