Service Desk Manager
Service Desk Manager FTSE 250 company are looking to hire a Service Desk Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Service Desk Manager with strong leadership skills and experience to join this amazing company. In this role as the Service Desk Manager you will be managing the service desks being both hands on and hands off technically. You will be tasked with ensuring all Service Desk KPIs are met, ensuring customers are satisfied.
You will be responsible for setting objectives for staff and carrying out appraisals and 1-to-1's therefore it is vital for this role to be a strong communicator and personable in nature.
- 5 years + support of Windows Environments (Windows, Exchange, VMware, Citrix, SCCM etc)
- 1st/3rd Line management
- Windows experience
- Hands on management experience of multiple teams (e.g. KPI setting, carrying out staff appraisals, objective setting)
- Experience of setting strategic objectives
- Excellent communication skills and a highly client facing nature
