My client an IFA Firm in Leeds seeks a Helpdesk Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The primary purpose of the role is to provide a high standard of professional support and assistance in the resolution of all queries raised by customers, suppliers and/or colleagues via email or telephone in line with departmental policy and procedures.

Duties will include:

*Complete enquiries and processing within agreed Service Levels.
*The accurate input of data onto IT systems.
*Resolving processing queries
*Liaise with Providers
*Run reports from Tenet systems
*Resolve Customer queries in line with our processes

You must be:

*Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages - Excel, Outlook & Word.
*Proven track record of working as part of a team.
*Working to deadlines, attention to detail.
*Communication skills - e-mail, phone, face to face
*Customer service skills
