New Appointments Group are recruiting on behalf of an expanding and innovative organisation who are looking for a talented and driven Internal Sales Representative.

To be considered for this position you must have experience working in a target driven environment and have the drive and determination to succeed.

Skills and experience required:

*Reasonable level of computer skills.
*Knowledge of CRM systems and data management.
*Confident delivery with initial introductions.
*Knowledge/ experience of the cleaning industry or educated to degree level in a scientific subject (and advantage but not essential).

The Successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all customer accounts, making frequent and regular telephone contact to increase working relationships with key accounts.

Also responsible for:

*Be the first point of contact responding to email and phone inquiries as well as arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
*Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
* Manage the full customer pipeline from initial contact through to winning new business and developing an on-going relationship.
* Create detailed proposal documents and provide customers with quotations.
