Our client, an Award Winning Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop in Manchester, is looking for an experienced, professional Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join their busy body shop. This is an integral part of our team and reports into the Operations Manager.
Our client will produce accurate estimates using vehicle damage assessments, and liaise with customers and work colleagues to help ensure efficient vehicle repairs and outstanding customer service.
With previous experience of vehicle damage assessment and a good working knowledge of computerised estimating packages, you will be thorough, methodical and organised. A strong team player, you will communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will be of the highest order. Candidates who are ATA Accredited will have an advantage but not essential.
You will be experienced in dealing with third parties, such as insurers and engineers, supporting your team members as the face of our body shops that provide an outstanding customer experience.
You may be in a similar role such as Vehicle Damage Assessor, Image Engineer, Accident Damage Engineer, Bodyshop Estimator, or Crash Incident Assessor.
